Danielle

Danielle repetti - founder & head coach

Danielle's goal has always been to become a trusted voice of reason for women navigating the health and wellness space. In an industry that profits on fear-based selling: don’t eat that, don’t do that, you aren’t enough - she's ready for women to start demanding more from their gyms and from their coaches.

Danielle has been coaching athletes in strength and conditioning since 2014, has spent many years training under successful weightlifting and powerlifting coaches and has immersed herself in all things strength and conditioning to become an expert in her field.

Danielle has helped numerous clients get results by using an evidence-based coaching model that focuses on sustainable training that builds over time. She believes health is so much more than just a number on the scale and encourages her clients to focus on taking small action steps, consistently.

Exercise and nutrition can be things we do - not because we hate our bodies - but because we appreciate our bodies and taking care of them makes us feel good.

Coach Kristi has been a lifelong athlete, but fell in love with strength training when she was introduced to the barbell. Since then, she has engaged an endless pursuit of knowledge around weightlifting, fitness, and mobility. She has coached around multiple strength sports including Powerlifting and CrossFit. She loves working with people that are interested in fitness for the pursuit of long term health, mobility, and general function of their bodies. Kristi is of the philosophy that the gym is where we train to be the most capable versions of ourselves physically, so we can most fully enjoy life in our bodies. Whether you are picking up a barbell for the first time or are a former college athlete, she is enthusiastic to participate in your fitness journey.

Sarah

Sarah SMITH

(She/Her/Hers)

Coach Sarah grew up competing in Track and Field, Cross Country, karate, gymnastics, and Ballet through high school, and finally found strength training, weightlifting, and yoga at age 18.

Sarah realized the integral role that exercise and nutrition play in mental health when she suffered a traumatic ACL injury and was told she would never be able to play sports again. Her injury was a blessing in disguise - as it laid the foundation for Sarah falling in love with strength training when she discovered it's power in injury prevention and rehabilitation. Sarah believes everyone should be able to build a healthy body and connection to movement in a safe and supportive environment. She started working as a personal trainer at a small gym as her very first job at age 18 and has spent nearly a decade surrounding herself with the best coaches, working with the top authorities on mobility, and committing herself to helping people of all ages, sizes, and abilities find strength and confidence in their own bodies both in and out of the gym.

Leslie kim

Coach Leslie is a fitness professional and holistic wellness coach with over 15-years of experience as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor.

As a lifelong athlete with a background in multiple competitive sports, Leslie believes wholeheartedly that movement is a necessary component of physical and mental wellness and personal expression. Her approach to training relies heavily on the fundamentals of functional training and improving biomechanical efficiency, incorporating movements from the activities of daily life that are unique to each individual. She aims to be adaptable with her programming to help find the types of exercise and lifestyle changes that are exciting, manageable, and shape a path to achieve her client’s goals. Her sessions are fun, yet challenging, educational, and most importantly, effective. She brings a unique sense of empathy to her training, having gone through the rehabilitation process of several major injuries and her journey to live well and thrive with autoimmune disease.

Coach Z Began her fitness journey as a ballerina at the young age of 7. From there, she went on to play basketball and run track - which kept her active and in the game! In her last year of high school, life changed for Z when she found out she was pregnant. From that point forward, she knew she wanted to be the best version of herself and lead by example. It was through having her son that Z transformed into the woman she is today: a force of nature, powerful and unapologetic.

Z's life work is now dedicated to helping her clients understand the importance of taking risks and learning how to make room for their next fitness level. Whether you are just starting out on your fitness journey or are a life-long athlete - Z's here to help you get to the top of your game.

Coach Kirstie enjoys being active and has been a lifetime athlete and participant in various sports: Crew, CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, strength training. Most recently she has taken up road & gravel cycling and enjoying the various hills of the bay area.

Coach Kirstie meets her clients where they are at: no matter what sort of fitness level or athletic background. She uses fitness and nutrition as one of many tools to help clients improve their long term health and meet their fitness goals. Kirstie also works with postpartum athletes helping them continue to workout in a safe manner.

Coach Marina is committed to helping her clients develop strength and confidence inside of the gym, so they can live their best lives outside of the gym.

Marina’s approach to training emphasizes good form to ensure safety and efficacy as well as functional movement patterns so everyday tasks can be performed with greater ease. Coach Marina also employs a solutions-oriented mindset to work with and around her client's existing injuries or compensations.

Marina believes that anyone at any age can benefit from strength training, both mentally and physically — and that it’s always the right time to invest in your health and wellbeing.

Jackie Ramirez

(She/Her/Hers)

Coach Jackie's approach to fitness and coaching is one and the same: rooted in learning. Jackie has worked with clients of all skill levels and uses multiple modalities in her practice. Her main goal with all of her clients is to first understand how that person moves and then understand what, if anything, is holding them back. She deeply values the "why" behind movement and is able to make accommodations for each individual that will help improve their function and longevity. Jackie's main goal with all her clients is to deliver tangible results that are rooted in individualized feedback.

Coach Jackie's love for fitness started over a decade ago when she started doing CrossFit - she enjoyed the high intensity aspect and competitive nature of the sport. She eventually found herself becoming more interested in the barbell movements and began training and coaching Olympic Weightlifting. Her coaching skills evolved from there as she continuously pursued learning more and more about the human body, movement, and the sport of weightlifting.

Sami Janecek

Coach Sami began her fitness journey when she was a child as a swimmer, runner, and skier. From there - she went on to play volleyball for her high school and discovered her love of weight lifting in college as the only female in a male powerlifting club! From that moment on she recognized the lack of women representation in the gym and knew that she wanted to help introduce more women to lifting. Sami is a NASM certified personal trainer with additional certifications in NASM virtual coaching, bodybuilding, and female fitness coaching. Sami is also currently finishing up her PNL1 nutrition certification to help bring more knowledge, understanding, and support to women in and outside of the gym. Currently, Coach Sami is preparing for her first women's bikini bodybuilding competition and is set to compete in mid October 2023 and is hoping to rejoin the powerlifting world afterwards. Outside of the gym she likes to spend her time with her cat, Vincient and watch anime.

Coach Lauren began her fitness journey early on with gymnastics, soccer and running cross-country. She tried CrossFit in 2012 and instantly fell in love with the sport! Since then, Lauren has grown very fond of strength training, but her first love will always be running. Lauren's career in fitness began in 2012 coaching CrossFit to group classes and personal clients. Her health & wellness journey has evolved over the years into health coaching - her passion is helping others in their personal wellness journeys become the best version of themselves! She prides herself on meeting her clients where they are at and helping them each step of the way.

Savaughn Christman

Coach Savaughn brings the experience from her extensive background in athletics to her approach in fitness. She helps her clients discover what their bodies are capable of and encourages everyone she works with to have the mindset of "I Can." Her client sessions are centered around the development of functional strength with an emphasis on balance and mobility. She is committed to helping clients gain confidence and providing personalized support to overcome obstacles and achieve sustainable results.

Coach Savaughn is an experienced lifelong athlete who grew up playing various sports and was a member of the University of Arizona Track and Field team. She is now focused on her Olympic weightlifting career and spending as much time as she can with her two dogs and cat.

Krystina G

Krystina’s training philosophy is rooted in a holistic approach that integrates mind, body, and spirit. She meets clients where they are at in their wellness journey, helping them achieve their goals in both a sustainable and fun way.

Krystina’s desire to become a coach came from watching her grandmother struggle with type 2 diabetes and chronic illness. She knew she wanted to help people get healthier and discovered through her studies the importance of strength training for overall health and longevity. She uses strength training principals to help her clients improve their biomarkers, get healthier, stronger, and become more resilient. She values movement, mindfulness, and gratitude, and is committed to helping clients build sustainable habits for the long-term.

Whether you're a seasoned weight lifter or just beginning your fitness journey, Krystina is dedicated to helping you reach the next level or the next step in your journey.

Specialties: Strength training, powerlifting, beginner’s training, flexibility, mobility, mindfulness and holistic wellness.

Certifications: Fitness Instructor from the American Council on Exercise and Orangetheory Certified Coach. Currently, she is working towards a National Health Wellness Coaching Certification (NBHWC) with a focus on mental health coaching and holistic wellness.


Mélina Destigny

Coach Mélina played various sports growing up, but only discovered weight training as an adult. It gave her strength and confidence to take on new challenges, like triathlons, and eventually change careers to help others become their healthiest, happiest, and strongest through strength training!

Her training approach is:

  • Personalized: She customizes sessions to fit individual goals, experience, and injury history.

  • Empowering: She loves sharing knowledge and getting into the details of movement, so that clients feel confident in the gym and better understand their bodies.

  • Functional: She emphasizes exercise that helps with real-life activities, whether it's simply moving pain-free, excelling in your hobby, or preparing for events like childbirth and parenthood.

Angelique Bui

Coach Angelique grew up with competitive swimming, which introduced her to the gym and the importance of strength training. After finding strength sports, Angelique learned to leave her old habits of chasing fad diets and disordered eating behind. Strength training allowed her to feel confident in herself, her body and her capabilities. Her current fitness endeavors are marathon training and improving her snowboarding skills!

With the goal of helping people strengthen themselves both mentally and physically, she is now a personal trainer, swim coach, and group fitness instructor. She has coached a wide variety of clients, including preteens, seniors, prenatal/postnatal women, and individuals with disabilities. 

She enjoys working with people who are eager to make fitness a lifestyle and challenge themselves everyday.

Tiny but mighty, Luna loves greeting all athletes at the start of classes, taking naps and snacking. She also makes sure to say goodbye with hugs at the end of sessions.

Kygo has the softest fur that you cannot help but pet. He loves sitting in laps, sleeping curled up in his bed, and eating snacks. Kygo is never too tired to greet you before a session or too sleepy to wag his tail goodbye as you leave.

Murphy - director of medball programs

She/Her/Hers

Murphy always knows how many clients are at the studio at any given time (she can count!) and gets sad whenever anyone leaves to go home. She is always excited to greet you and appreciates if your workout includes a medball, or a ball of any sort.
