All semi-private classes for the week are dropped into our calendar and open for registration & sign-ups on Sundays at 11AM
Personal training appointments are scheduled by emailing your assigned coach or replying to the intake email received after sign-up
our regular semi-private class schedule is as follows:
MONDAY: 7AM / 8AM / 9AM / 12PM / 4PM / 5:10PM
TUESDAY: 6AM / 7AM / 8AM / 9AM / 4PM / 5PM / 6PM / 7PM
WEDNESDAY: 6:30AM / 7:30AM / 8:30AM / 12PM / 4:30PM / 5:30PM / 6:30PM
THURSDAY: 6AM / 7AM / 8AM / 9AM / 4:30PM / 5:30PM / 6:30PM
FRIDAY: 6:20AM / 7:15AM / 8:10AM / 9:10AM / 12PM/ 4PM / 5PM
SATURDAY: 8AM / 9AM / 10AM
SUNDAY: 10AM / 11AM
We offer personal training 7 days a week Mon - Fri: 5AM - 8PM, Sunday: 8AM - 2PM. Saturday is fully booked. If you are wanting to schedule a personal training appointment please do so via email or text.
