3 sessions for $300

Our 1:1 personal training series for new clients

Want to bring a friend? You can purchase this intro offer for two people!

Most Iron and Mettle clients start with our 3-session intro offer. This package consists of 3x 1:1 50-minute personal training sessions. These sessions are an excellent way to meet with a trainer, try out our studio, and learn proper form on all foundational movements that you'd see in any strength program (not only at Iron and Mettle - but anywhere!)

What you can expect:

  • 🌸

Learn or review the basics of strength training in a safe and supportive environment.

  • 🌸

Review the barbell bench press, back squat, and deadlift (the foundational movement patterns found in all Iron and Mettle programs!) so you’ll feel at ease in any session in the future.

  • 🌸

Get a feel for our style of training while allowing your coach to learn about your goals, wants, needs and starting point to create a program that suits you!

  • 🌸

Understand all of the movements performed in our semi-private group classes, so you can join those sessions at any time with ease!

  • 🌸

Receive helpful modifications and form guidance to help you to overcome any existing injuries, pain, or limitations and avoid potential injuries.

  • 🌸

Understand (or reinforce your belief!) on why strength training is the best and most fun way to exercise and take care of your body!
